Soft pastel. I took this weekend seminar with Internationally known pastel artist Kitty Wallis once where, besides doing plein air paintings, we made pastels and used a glitter in them. This piece has the glimmer. (Piece not done in the class. This is near my home and a beautiful place to swim.)
